WC GUIDELINES*

  1. Accounts in most WC Class Codes are eligible for this program. You can click for a list of those few Class Codes that are not eligible.
  2. Prospects with experience modifications of up to 1.79 may be eligible for this program.
  3. Prospects with up to 20% of their payroll in up to 4 foreign states are eligible.
  4. Prospects with Standard, unmodified premium of $3,500 and more are eligible for this program, except for contractors which have a minimum premium of $6,500 ($10,000 in NY) and trucking accounts which have $10,000 minimum premium.
  5. Payroll for New Jersey may not exceed 25% of the total payroll.

*We may have other markets that will entertain your prospect, if it is ineligible for this Internet program.

SUBMISSION CRITERIA

Please complete and submit the on-line application below.
  1. Please provide four years of loss runs. (Attaching a PDF to an e-mail will allow us to respond promptly).
  2. Supplemental information may be requested depending upon your submitted risk’s exposures.

WE USUALLY PROVIDE ONE DAY TURNAROUND WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE ON-LINE APPLICATION BELOW

We can also respond promptly if you send an electronic file of an ACCORD application from an AMS or Applied agency management system to submit@aib.net
